QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY
ORDER?
In Canada, orders are typically received within 2 to 4 business days
after processing time (Local: 2 days - Quebec: 3 days - Rest of Canada: 4
days). 
International orders are typically received within 4 to 7 business days
after processing time.
*Holiday periods excluded, no delays are estimated* 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER
PURCHASE?
Once payment is received, orders are process within 48 business
hours. Please note that a delay can be observe due to high orders
volume period (holidays...). 
Virtual gift card is being processed as any other order, and will be
submitted to the same condition.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
All changes must be request by email to info@golddisciple.com. Please
include your full name, order number and desired changes and we will
get back to you as soon as possible. Orders that have already been
processed are unfortunately not eligible for any changes.

 
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER, SOME ITEMS ARE
INCORRECT/MISSING/DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I
DO?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
info@golddisciple.com. Include your order number, full name, photos
(if applicable) and phone number to reach you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Any order can be track through the Purolator website. Once your order
processed you will receive automatically your tracking information
through email attached to your shipment notification.
Please note that for some country tracking number cannot be provide
for shipment. (see canada post for more details)

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
All return requests must be processed by info@golddisciple.com
Our return policy does NOT include refunds. Items may be exchanged
or credited.
All returns will be credited once they are received and treated at our
offices. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
*Sale Items are FINAL SALE, these items are NOT eligible for a return or
an exchange*
